The Library is stocked with excellent collection of engineering, science, social science and management books, articles, engrossing auto biographies and biographies, e-reference sources, national and international journals, and magazines etc., to enkindle the knowledge of the students.
The library is fully automated with user friendly software "Lips-Dolphin."
Library at Hindusthan College of Engineering and Technology is popularly known as 'Knowledge Centre' because of its tremendous collection of books and journals. The library is stocked with more than 61,700 volumes of books, 359 journals (national and international) and 10,727 e-Journals, CD-ROMs, on-line databases, audio video cassettes, and project reports. Reprographic and networking facilities are available in the Digital library. The library resource centre is fully automated and for this we employ LIPS-DOLPHIN, a user-friendly library software platform. The main aim of the college is to provide services to support the informational needs of the student community. Open Access System is being followed to access the books and journals.
